Training engineers means providing them with the key to successful integration in the workforce.
Since its creation, ENSI Bourges has worked on developing strong and enduring ties with players on the economic stage.
Our corporate partners offer internships and jobs as well as training courses, in particular during the 3rd year options and in the ‘entrepreneurial’ training program. In this way, the School employs close to 200 short-term employees, most of whom are corporate players!
Every year, the Enterprise Relationship (RE) department at ENSI Bourges organizes a wide range of initiatives for student engineers with a view to helping them develop their professional careers.
With a view to remaining open-minded and receptive to enterprise and staying up-to-date on the economic front, ENSI Bourges participates in governance committees for two competitive business units (“S2E2” and “Elastopole”).
It has developed, animated or participated in a number of structured partnerships (Pépinière d’entreprises - Corporate Seed Funding, Club des enterprises - Enterprise Club) and has adopted an “Observatoire des Métiers (Core Business Observatory)” based on some ten partner enterprises who wish to actively participate in the strategic policies of the School.
Students at ENSI Bourges have participated fully in these initiatives, leading the “ENSI de Bourges Techniques Études Conseils (ENSI Bourges Consultancy and Studies)” (“Ensib TEC”) Association within the framework of the Confédération Nationale des Juniors Entreprises (National Confederation of Junior Enterprises) (CNJE).
All these tools, structures and initiatives:
Thanks to corporate contribution to the “taxe d’apprentissage”, the School is constantly improving training conditions for students as well practical workshops and IT room equipment.
The continued improvement in the results for each annual campaign to raise the “TA” is further testament to the confidence that corporations have in our School and the renown of ENSI amongst players in the economic world.
